Avisar Telecom Group was selected by Nokia Telecommunications Solutions Provider (NSN) to be the leading contractor in deploying and setting up a 3G / UMTS / HSDPA network in a frequency band in the range of 2100 Mhz.

The network was constructed in four phases of nationwide deployment, with the construction stage at a cost of NIS 200 million. As part of the establishment of the Universal Mobile Telecommunications Service (UMTS) network and the preparation for LTE technology.

The company has planned the production and installation of cellular access facilities for Hot Mobile, upgrading and expanding the microwave transmission network (NSN equipment), the construction of cellular sites in the construction and radio fields, up to the stage of uploading the site and integrating it into the network.

In addition, the company licensed and purchased buildings and institutions, planning and deploying radio infrastructure to improve coverage for Hot Mobile, establishing and expanding the switching network (NSN equipment).
